Ocean waves can be elegant, fluid.
Perfect in their sinuosity and strengt.
Like the island’s famous dance: the Hula Dance where the movements are extremely fluid. These movements are said to actually tell a story or represent movements of nature such as trees blowing in the wind, waves or fish swimming smoothly in the ocean.
The Hibiscus (Koki’ò) is the state flower of Hawaii. My first pattern here in Maui, gives thanks to the hibiscus.
Very simple technique:
– get a bicycle, a pair of scissors and a basket;
– go back home and start having fun.
