What does it mean to be born in Maui?

It means to spend a Saturday afternoon, with your parents, into the ocean, waiting for waves.

It means to be a 10 years old girl and to be able to surf like this…

There are some days when you feel you want to try new things, new sports, and any little thing can make you happy. In those days, I never get bored! I just need an umbrella, the right wind and a crazy person by my side.

As a person who grew up with the waves of the Ligurian sea, today’s waves at Hookipa were pretty scary for me. I could only feel esteem and admiration, particularly for the women out there.

And then, as if it was something normal… I met a wonderful Hawaiian Monk seal

Hana  is truly a paradise in every way,  isolated from the rest of the island, has some of the best beaches on the island.
